WORKOUT OF THE DAY
WOD stands for Workout of the Day – a daily mix of strength, cardio, and functional movements designed to challenge and improve your fitness. Every day is different, and every workout can be scaled to your level! Every Sunday evening, the WODs for the upcoming week are shared. This allows you to prepare in advance for what's coming and know what equipment you’ll need to bring.
Dieter Beckx
OWNER AND COACH
With over 16 years of experience in personal and group training, I’ve developed a solid base in biomechanics and physiology, supported by my studies in Sports Science and Biology. My background has allowed me to coach elite athletes, including top 10 tennis and golf players like Stefanos Tsitsipas, Sebi Korda, and Nelly Korda.
I'm certified in CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2, and my passion for innovation has also led me to co-develop two successful postpartum fitness apps and programs.
Outside the gym, you’ll likely find me carving snow or catching waves, snowboarding and windsurfing are my go-to passions.
Nadia Reynolds
COACH
I'm a proud mum of two from France, now living in beautiful Spain.
I discovered CrossFit in 2014 while living in Panama and it was love at first WOD! Since then, I’ve been passionate about coaching and helping others grow stronger in body and mind.
Outside the gym, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with family. I also practice meditation and breathwork to stay balanced.

Hi, I’m Kyla! Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and in 2018 I made it my career — becoming a certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Coach.
Since then, I’ve built the coast’s most successful “Bootycamp”, a glute-focused strength class rooted in confidence, community, and results.
I’m on a mission to help women feel strong, capable, and at home in the gym. You're not taking up space, you're owning it.
Emma Dunkley
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
I'm Emma, your yoga guide with a background in competitive dance and over 20 years of coaching experience.
Yoga has transformed my life, helping me find balance in body and mind. I love creating warm, inclusive classes that promote calm, strength, and connection.
In each session, I focus on movement, breath, and stillness. Yoga is my way to support recovery alongside CrossFit and it's free for all our members!
Ursula Murula
COACH
Hello, I’m Usrula! As a dedicated CrossFit coach, my main focus is on delivering effective, high-quality training rooted in the CrossFit methodology. At the same time I’m happy to have a possibility to incorporate a variety of functional fitness and high intensity workouts in The Studio to complement and enhance overall performance of our members.
In addition, I have a strong passion for running. I enjoy helping athletes improve their movement, efficiency and endurance through proper technique and structured training.

With a CrossFit L1 certification and five years of experience as a trainer in both Scotland and Spain, my greatest passion is designing training programs that help you give your best.
I am our Thursday Hyfit trainer, but I am also crazy about CrossFit and the competitions that are often organized in Andalusia. If you want to improve your cardio and weightlifting technique, I will give you the guidelines you need to improve.
